for Tenants Our terms are based on Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements. The length of our tenancies start from a minimum of six months. We ask for a six week security deposit and although rentals are quoted weekly, they will be payable monthly in advance. The holding deposit is £200 payable in cash or bankers draft; this is collected in order to secure the property for you, subject to satisfactory references and contracts. This amount will be deducted from the amount due upon completion. All offers are subject to satisfactory references being received and accepted by the landlord. References asked for must be submitted within 3 working days. Copies of Visas must be supplied if applicable. Our Agreement Fee is £94 including VAT. Which is payable upon completion. The balance shown on the completion statement must be paid in the form of a banker’s draft upon the signing of the Agreement. (no personal cheques). Information
