PAUL MURRAY - AN INTRODUCTION

As a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with over 30 years experience in residential property valuations and sales, I hope I have developed a deep understanding of the needs, requirements and frustrations of the home buying process for both vendors and purchasers alike. For the past 8 years I have been based in offices in North Oxford handling property matters not only throughout the city but the surrounding countryside.

My intent in establishing my own independent property consultancy was to provide estate agency services with a high degree of personal commitment dealing with a wide variety of interesting and individual properties throughout the area.

My aims and ambitions are supported by a small dedicated team of colleagues led by my Associate Director, Stephen Ingram and most of whom I have had the privilege of knowing and working with for many years.

Although we deal with a wide range of variety of properties, we do tend to specialise in interesting and individual homes which are to be found throughout the area ranging from small cottages and period terraced houses to substantial country homes. In addition we handle the sale of both purpose built and converted flats and apartments in North Oxford and other areas of the city.

As a company, we endeavour to provide a personal individual service tailored to the needs of our clients and prospective purchasers whom we hope will become our clients of the future. We have been privileged to act for a number of clients on several occasions with some instructing us to sell homes they first bought from Paul Murray 20 years ago!
