Our offices in Woking and West Byfleet are only three miles apart, but between
us we move hundreds of families a year!
Research told us that most people from outside the area start their
search in Woking's Commercial Way, and West Byfleet's main shopping
centre; so for us, there were no better places to sell homes from.
Even those looking for village locations start their search in the
main centres, especially when they're not from around here. Most of
them have never heard of Horsell, Chobham, Knaphill or Pyrford; nor
St Johns or Ottershaw - so it's only natural that they start looking
in the places they KNOW will give them the greatest choice - in the
main centres for the area.
Because we chose our premises well, we register many more buyers
than the village agents; so we create more opportunities for finding
the person who will pay the most favourable price for your home.
On average, in an active market, we register
well over a hundred new potential purchasers each week!

The
Area - for more information see Woking.uk.com
The area offers
property across the entire spectrum from studio apartments to grand
residences that are worth well in excess of £1.5M. Our
offices work very much as one unit selling property in both the main
centres as well as in the numerous villages that surround them - please
see the links below.
Both towns enjoy
excellent rail services into Waterloo - from Woking the journey takes
from 27 minutes. As well as this, plans are currently under discussion
for a rail link from Woking to Heathrow (and onwards to Paddington).
If these come to fruition, you'll be able to check your suitcases onto
the Heathrow bound train and the next you'll see of them will be when
you arrive at your flight destination! Currently there is a direct coach
service from the station to Heathrow Airport.
Woking has a fine
shopping centre with its comfortably-modern Peacocks shopping centre,
which also incorporates a West End-style air-conditioned theatre and
six-screen cinema complex. West Byfleet's centre is busy and vibrant
and caters for all day-to-day needs.
Around both centres
there is an outstanding roads network linking to Heathrow, Gatwick -
both under 40-minutes - London and the coast. The M25 lies close by
and provides further links to all of the other motorways that surround
London - and from there to the rest of mainland UK.top
